If billing or AI features are enabled, billing metadata and AI feature inputs or outputs may also be processed.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, improve, and administer the services.
We may also use it for authentication, billing, team management, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and aggregated reporting where permitted by law.
Disclosures and service providers
We may disclose personal information to hosting, storage, security, authentication, payment, email, AI, analytics, attribution, and other service providers that help operate the services.
The exact live vendor list still needs to be confirmed before publication.
• Possible live integrations suggested by the current codebase include Stripe, Resend or SMTP email, Postgres or Neon infrastructure, Vercel Blob, Cloudflare Turnstile, OAuth providers, xAI or other model vendors, and optional Meta Pixel on public campaign pages.
Cross-border processing
Personal information may be processed or stored outside your province, territory, or country, including in the United States or other jurisdictions.
When information moves across borders, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, or challenge the handling of personal information and to withdraw consent in some circumstances.
The privacy contact email and mailing address still need to be filled in before publication.
Minors
The draft still requires a final rule on whether minors may use the services.
Changes to this policy
We may update the privacy policy from time to time and revise the effective date.
We do not intend to apply hidden retroactive privacy changes in a way that is unfair, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful.
